In Thai orchards, each fruit is wrapped in a paper bag while still on the tree to reduce insect damage, sunburn and scratches. Clean skin on arrival starts here.

At the collection point
In harvest season, Jia Long sets up a mobile collection point right at the source. Fruit is picked through, graded and crated by hand, and anything below standard stays behind.

Fruit is brought into our Thai consolidation warehouse, stacked by variety and grade, and made up into each order ready for loading.
